Digital Client Agreements

This agreement was created by BUZZDOTNET Pty. Ltd to confirm an order of the (Product Name) deal entered by a (paid) client: on the April 19, 2024.

1. Terms of Contract

This MOA is intended solely as a basis of understanding and serves as a legal document describing the terms and details of agreement. This MOA is subjected to the standard BUZZDOTNET Pty. Ltd terms & conditions and the specific terms mentioned in this MOA. The MOA is a month-to-month contract which the client can cancel only after 6 months & only applicable with a 30 days’ notice sent in writing to info@buzzdotnet.com, which must be sent before cancellation of any product/service. It is vital that a client keeps paying contract for 6 months. If client cancels contract before 6 months there will be a cancellation fee of R 1 249.99, required to be paid immediately. After a 6-month period paying for product/service, a client can cancel their contracted product under BUZZDOTNET Pty. Ltd, but client is still required to send 31 days’ notice prior in writing that they are cancelling a product to the relevant email address.

2. Order

is ordering (Product Name). This is a confirmation that the client has made an order through BUZZDOTNET Pty. Ltd for the (Type of Service/Product). A paid invoice will be sent to the client and the order will be processed. The device will be delivered and setup by our dedicated BUZZ DOT NET technical team after 5-7 working days of signed MOA.
